Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the app to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or the rights of others.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate any person or entity.
• Distribute malware, spam, or other malicious or deceptive material.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the service or its users.

The app is a personal record-keeping tool. You may not use it to sell, broker, advertise, or distribute medical advice, prescriptions, peptides, or controlled-substance guidance, or to present its records as professional medical recommendations. See our Medical Disclaimer.

• Do not attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that are not yours.
• Do not overload, disrupt, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without our written authorisation.
• Do not circumvent rate limits, paywalls, authentication, or access controls.
• Do not introduce malware or attempt to interfere with other users.

You may not access the service through automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, or scripts) or use it to build a dataset or competing product, except via interfaces we expressly provide for that purpose. Excessive or abusive automated requests may be throttled or blocked.

You may not scrape, harvest, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the app or attempt to derive its source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

You are responsible for the content you enter. Do not store or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use. We may remove content that violates this policy.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, throttle requests, or take other action as appropriate and proportionate. Serious or unlawful violations may be reported to authorities and may result in cooperation with law-enforcement requests.
