Subscription Terms

Paid plans are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it, and your payment method is charged for each renewal until you cancel.

Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Kallos Labs LLC does not process or store your payment-card details. Billing is handled entirely by Apple or Google.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.

You manage and cancel your subscription through your store account, not through us:

• iOS:Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• Android:Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

The current price and billing period are shown in the app and on the store listing before you purchase. Current plans: Pro $3.99 / month, Pro annual $24.99 / year (each with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers), Lifetime $69.99 one-time. Prices may vary by region and are shown in your local currency at checkout.

The monthly and annual plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Lifetime has no trial. You are not charged during the trial. It converts to a paid auto-renewing subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

All purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled by them under their respective policies. We cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests should be submitted to Apple or Google Play.

We may change subscription pricing or plan features. Changes apply to future billing periods. Where required, the store will notify you of a price increase in advance and seek your consent before it takes effect; if you do not consent, your subscription will not renew at the new price.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content and services. By starting your subscription and accessing the digital content immediately, you may be asked to acknowledge that you request immediate performance and accept that your withdrawal right can be lost once performance has begun. Where the right still applies, you may exercise it within 14 days; because billing runs through Apple or Google, withdrawal and any associated refund are processed through the relevant store under its procedures. This does not affect your other non-excludable statutory consumer rights.

Prices shown may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes depending on your region. Apple or Google collects and remits VAT, GST, sales tax, or equivalent where required, and your receipt from the store reflects the tax applied to your purchase.
