What platforms does Optimized run on?

Optimized is a native app for iOS and Android. Both versions share the same design system and feature set, including the home-screen widget.

Does it sync across my devices?

Not today. Your records live on the device you enter them on. Optimized doesn't upload them to a server. To move your history to another device, export it with Pro and import it there. Cross-device sync is on our roadmap; we'll only ship it as something you opt into.

Yes. Optimized can import metrics like weight, sleep, and activity from Apple Health so your check-ins and trends sit alongside the rest of your data. The connection reads into the app on your device. Your log isn't sent anywhere.
