Apple Health import

Bring relevant Health data in so your timeline tells the fuller story.

Apple Health import lets you pull relevant data from Health into Optimized, so the metrics you already collect sit alongside the rest of your log. It's a tracking integration on your terms. You choose what comes in, and your records stay organized in one timeline.

The Optimized Today screen, showing the day's entries above a check-in card with energy at 5 out of 5 and 6 cups of water, the same daily metrics Apple Health can supply.

One timeline instead of two apps

If you already track metrics in Apple Health, splitting your records across two apps means constantly switching to get the full picture. Apple Health import closes that gap by bringing the data you choose into Optimized, so your context lives in a single, organized timeline.

The goal is continuity. Rather than recreating what your phone already collects, Optimized reads the relevant figures and places them next to your schedule, check-ins, and other records, so reviewing your history is one coherent view, not a tab-switching exercise.

You choose exactly what comes in

Health data is sensitive, and the import is built around your explicit permission. You grant access through Apple's standard Health permissions and select which data types to bring in. Nothing is pulled that you haven't approved, and you can change your mind at any time.

This granular control keeps you in charge of your own information. Import only what's relevant to how you track, leave the rest in Health, and adjust the selection whenever your routine changes. The integration adapts to you rather than the other way around.

Relevant metrics, in context

Numbers mean more together. Once imported, your Health metrics share the same timeline as your logged entries and lab trends, so you can see your own records side by side and keep continuity across everything you track.

As with the rest of Optimized, this is presented as organization and context only. The app lays your imported data out clearly and keeps it in order; it doesn't interpret the figures, imply causation, or offer guidance. What the data means is yours to consider, with a professional where appropriate.

Set it once, stay in sync

After the first import, keeping things current is meant to be effortless. With permission, Optimized can bring in new data so your timeline stays up to date without re-importing by hand each time, keeping your unified view fresh.

Because imported data joins the same organized log as everything else, the whole picture stays consistent. Your schedule, inventory, check-ins, lab trends, and Health metrics all live together: one tidy record of your routine rather than fragments spread across apps.
